Careers

Bizzy Bodz Early Learning Centre's teachers incorporate a variety of early learning talent.

We are blessed to have with us teachers on all walks of their Early Childhood Education journey, some have been teaching for 20 years and others for 2 months.

Working as an ECE Kaiako is a rewarding and valuable career and we embrace your culture and your identity into our centre's. We encourage you to thrive for learning opportunities and professional development.

Our Kaiako provide inclusive, meaningful, supportive and child-lead opportunities and you are welcome to test out new learning theories or creative ideas in the centre.

Pay Parity
At Bizzy Bodz, we support the MOE Pay Parity Scheme and acknowledge the important roll that you have in the education of our tamariki and their future. All of our Registered Kaiako are provided with Pay Parity Assessment and Consultation and then paid as per the government Scheme.

Professional Development
At Bizzy Bodz, we support your personal and professional growth needs.

We have a wonderful Professional Growth Cycle that supports and mentors our Kaiako in our centre's.

Whilst most professional development is aimed at what you need or may be required to do for your teaching practice we also acknowledge professional development that may you may just want to do.
We understand that not all professional development is our your career and we ask you to consider areas that you wish to develop for your own benefit.

Registration & First Aid
Our Professional Growth Cycle and mentoring programme support you with your registration with the Teachers Council, whether this be provisional or full we will support you along the way.

Bizzy Bodz covers the cost of your Teacher Registration as well as First Aid Courses we request you to be a part of.
